Commissioning
Commissioning and start-up is the hard part of the project - nothing can be put off until later!
We have prepared commissioning, start-up and operating procedures onshore and have supported the handover to the operations team offshore on many of our projects. Following handover we have started the facilities on behalf of the OIM and provided support and training to the Operations team during the critical first weeks of production while optimising the plant for maximum production and stability.
